There are two ways we can handle issues related to caching and load balancing.
Configuration 1 - irrespective of the source IP and the app server which is handling the request, the users activity is cached in memcache which is mounted in a location which is accessible by both the production app servers prodapp01 and prodapp02.
Configuration 2 - Use the configuration option “persistence profile” in the load balancer
