It’s not possible for us to make these changes for you, but if you find the following steps confusing, your registrar should be able to help you out.

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR DOMAIN NAME
Your host name: [host name used when registering]

Add an A record at your registrar using the IP address above: Once you've picked the above host name, you need to create an “A record” in your DNS settings and point it to the IP address provided above.
You can usually set up your “A record” at your domain registrar's website, but the process is different for each registrar. Instructions for popular registrars are available below. If your registrar isn't listed, visit their website or contact their support team for assistance.
