==== Requirement =====

- A manager should be able to suggest some courses / certifications to the employee after the appraisal.

- Employee registers and takes the courses form LMS.

- The completion and pass status of the courses should be fed back to performance app for next set of review cycles.


==== Design ===

Once a performance review is completed, manager sees a link clicking on which a course catalog is shown with the list of the courses he can chose from and assign to the employee.
