- Update [[setup_an_app_server#install_microsoft_core_fonts|CoreFonts]] and [[setup_an_app_server#install_jre|JRE]] version in the following manner:
  * Download the binaries on the target server before deployment.
  * After deploy on prodapp01, with Apache still in maintenance mode and all GOD processes stopped, execute the binaries.
  - Update [[setup_an_app_server#install_jre|JRE]] on DB Slave server. Do not start GOD processes as it might interfere with delayed_job(s).
  * This server has the Tomcat/Solr process. \\ Post installation on App01, continue with installation on this server.
  - Start GOD processes on prodapp01.
